auburn football & cheer spring clinic details 

The Training Clinic is a noncompetitive clinic with a focus on conditioning skills, technique, team-bonding. 

Athletes can wear t-shirt, shorts, sneakers/cleats.  

Athletes must have their own labeled water bottle.

Parents will need to sign Covid-10 waiver on the first day.

Athletes must have temperature check and Covid-19 questionnaire before every session.

Coaches/Parents/Volunteers must wear a mask.  Players may bring a mask but do not need to wear a mask  during the session.  

Parents are asked to drop off players and pick up at the end of the session.

 

The clinic will run for 2 weeks starting May 18th on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. The registration fee is $50. 

 

There are 3 ways to register:

1. Fill out the google form below and pay using our paypal link. You can use Paypal or a debit card or credit

card through Paypal. Please leave your name as well as your child's name in the notes. If checking out as a guest please leave your email. Thank you !

   

2. In person registration will be held on April 25th from 10-1 at David's Field locate at Seward Elementary school. Please feel free to print out the form below and drop it off. We also have registration forms at the field for your convenience.

3. Mail in form below and $50 payment (check to Auburn Indians)

PLAYER CONTRACT/CONSENT FORM 

The Parental Consent and the Physical & Medical Form can be filled out online. Once filled out you must download with your changes and email the PDF to the email address provided in the link below. You may also print the form out and mail it to Laura to the address above or hand it in at in person registration.
