2020 Spring Flag Football Registration Information

 -Starting May 25th and ending July 12th

 -Season has 2 weeks of practice and 5 Sunday games

 -Cost is $50

 

Ages:

 

7U: 5-7 years old

10U: 8-10 years old

13U: 11-13 years old

Registration:

Dick's Sporting Goods, Auburn Location

April 14th & 15th 6pm-8pm

May 2nd & 3rd 10am-1pm

(We will also be doing EARLY BIRD Registration for the fall season)

 

Required forms to fill out/bring to registration

ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN BEFORE ANYONE IS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE!!!

 

The following items must be brought to registration:

  •  

  • 2020 Medical/Physical form (2 pages).   Physicals from a doctor must be dated after January 1, 2020. See the "FORMS" link.

  • 2020 Player Participant Contract (parent and child must sign this form) FRONT AND BACK. 

  • Copy of Participants 2020 Report Card. *If your child is below a 70 average you will need to have a Scholastic Report filled out by the principal of the school.  For more information see Laura Pesarchick at registration.*

  • Current 2” by 2” colored photo. Photos are only good for 1 year.

  • Copy of Birth certificate

 

Returning and first time players: All required Paperwork will be available at registration or can be downloaded online. Make sure all forms have 2020’s date on it. Required forms are found on the links below.  

 

Practice Schedule:

Practice will begin Tuesday, May 26th.

 

Game Schedule:

Games will start on June 7th and run every Sunday. The last game of the year will be on July 12th. (NO GAME 4th OF JULY WEEKEND)

 

Physicals:

Pop Warner Rules state no one can participate without a current physical (dated After January 1, 2020).  The medical form usually can be filled out by the doctor's office if a physical was done recently.

Those who don’t have their physicals “CAN NOT” participate until they have one, but must show up and WATCH practice until their physical is done.

Payment method:

CASH or CHECK made payable to Auburn Indians. (Any return checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00 no exceptions.)

Payment Needs to be Made in Full Upon Registration

There will be no refunds after the first week of practice. A refund request form must be filled out prior to the conclusion of the first full week of practice. Forms are available at the David's Fields Concession Stand
