Fall Flag Football /Cheer Registration

Due to the current COVID situation;

*All ages levels may participate in Flag Football/Cheer, limited contact, non-mount cheer.

*All safety measures need to be considered. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing. 




7U- (5/6/7)......10U- (8/9/10)......13U-(11/12/13).....16U-(14/15/16)

* no weight divisions

David's Field Pop Warner Concession Stand (near Seward School)

July 17, 5-7 pm

July 18, 10-12 pm

July 25, 9-11 am 

Aug 1 & 8, 10-12 pm

Required forms:  to fill out/bring to registration



The following items must be brought to registration:

  • 2020 Medical/Physical form (2 pages).   Physicals from a doctor must be dated after October 2019.    See the "FORMS" link.

  • 2020 Player Participant Contract (parent and child must sign this form) FRONT AND BACK. 

  • Copy of Participants 2020 Report Card. *If your child is below a 70 average you will need to have a Scholastic Report filled out by the principal of the school.  For more information see Laura Pesarchick at registration.*

  • Current 2” by 2” colored photo. 

  • Copy of Birth certificate


Returning and first time players: All required Paperwork will be available at registration or can be downloaded online.  Make sure all forms have 2020’s date on it.    

: Season: 

starting week of August 17, 2020 

-6 hours of practice before the first game on August 30th.

-7 week season

 -Cost is $75 cash or check to "Auburn Indians Inc."


Game Schedule: TBD - Sunday


Pop Warner Rules state no one can participate without a physical within one year.  We will accept a physical after October, 2019.   The medical form usually can be filled out by the doctor's office if a physical was done recently.

Those who don’t have their physicals “CAN NOT” participate until they have one, but must show up and WATCH practice until their physical is done.
